Does it work fast enough so as not to not cook them to be used for pickling? I have a few different kinds of perennial onions that only get about that big. They are prolific and delicious but a pain to peel.
It does. Idk if it will have an effect on the texture of the pickles. It only needs a few seconds. Also if you’re doing a quick pickle you could try adding them to the hot pickling liquid and then peeling. Or just boil for 15-20 seconds so they don’t get to soft of a texture

It’s a good, bad thing. For me it was kind of like a dog chasing a car.. now I got the car.. what do I do now? Back when i released this video I got super addicted to checking analytics on videos posted and my productivity was stumped. But in everything there is pros and cons.

It’s too bad, she didn’t add the toppings like cilantro or lots of lime/lemon which is essential part of this dish. I never had this dish without a sprinkle of topping or two, but a lime/ lemon is a must.

How much does a private chef for a week on vacation?
Depends on a few variables.. how many people location ect. A good starting point would be to budget around 250 per meal, per day. Also every chef charges different amounts.
